It has been three years since Greg first went to the Cosmposphere on a scholarship he won when he was at Hocker. Inspired by all his knowledge he laid out when he and I went to visit mom in South Dakota, I encouraged him to go again this year. Things got a whole lot more exciting as he moved into the older, more advanced group. I am so glad he went. This will help him out as he pursues his optical physics degree.
This is the airplane that Greg GOT TO FLY! They spent time on a flight simulator and then got to go up and take off and land the plane along side the pilot.
The bottom picture was taken the morning he left. Funny enough, he is wearing the shirt from the jazz band camp he finished the day before. (Busy guy)
