Wyoming, Day 5–Horse riding

Ellen, Ted, Mary, Will, Lydia, Joe, Ben and myself drove to Jackson, WY to do some mountain horse riding. On the way, we stopped at a scenic view of the Grand Tetons. We’ve had great weather on this trip, 68ish and mostly sunny. It’s great to get in all the activities on our agenda.

I learned that Ben and Ellen had never been on a horse! It took me a few minutes to get comfortable on mine. (It’s been a few years). Our guide was very patient since the kids were slow to get started. But everything worked out and we ascended thousands of feet up the mountain to a scenic overlook. Wow!

We finished off our day with ice cream in Jackson and music at the cabin.
