Wyoming, Day 1--Road trip
We left Shawnee around 8:30 and made the first leg of our trip to Cheyenne in about 10 hours. Everyone did well. The kids were great. We stopped for a picnic lunch and a few rest stops. There wasn’t much to say about the scenery. Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska were all flat and pretty uneventful.
